What is the Communi-Qi

The Communi-Qi is an online Qigong membership designed to help you feel better through simple, gentle routines. You’ll find a full library of practices, a monthly practice schedule, live Qi Chats and a supportive space to stay consistent, without pressure.

The routines are led by Jeff, a Qigong instructor, acupuncturist, and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner with over 20 years of experience. Known for his clear guidance, gentle presence, and sense of humor, Jeff makes Qigong approachable and enjoyable. His teaching blends classical wisdom, modern science, and a down-to-earth style that helps you feel better!

Will it help with my condition?

This is a common question, but difficult to answer as we are all individuals. While Qigong isn’t a cure for medical conditions, it can be a supportive practice for your overall well-being.
If stress, tension, or lack of movement are making things feel worse, then there’s a good chance Qigong can help you feel better in your body and mind. Of course, it’s always wise to speak with your healthcare provider, especially if you’re managing a specific diagnosis. Is Qigong a religion?
