Scope of Application

These general conditions apply to all transactions and communications conducted through the websites of the Qigong for Vitality network, including those operated by Jeffrey Chand. Any natural or legal person who places an order with Qigong for Vitality for the use of written and/or video content shall be considered a “Client.”

Age Limit

Age restrictions apply. Qigong for Vitality accepts clients over 16 years of age for physical and electronic products, and over 18 years of age for services such as coaching, workshops, or seminars, unless under adult supervision. We take reasonable steps to restrict access to our sites, products, and services by minors. Any subscriber to the site who does not meet these criteria (age over 16) will be removed from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be reimbursed, and any physical product(s) must be returned.

Orders

Any order placed on a site belonging to Qigong for Vitality implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of use.
